Patrick Graver, CFP®, is the founder and lead advisor of Center Stage Planning. Patrick brings context and structure to the many moving parts of a financial life, including retirement, investments, cash flow, taxes, insurance, estate coordination, inherited wealth, education funding, and major transitions. His role is to connect those pieces, identify what needs attention, and create a clear path forward as circumstances evolve.

Before founding Center Stage Planning, Patrick built his experience at financial advisory firms overseeing more than $600 million in assets. That work shaped his belief in disciplined investment management, careful analysis, and the responsibility that comes with helping people prepare for the future, support their families, and make meaningful financial choices.

Patrick believes advice should be clear, objective, and centered on the person receiving it. As a fee-only fiduciary advisor, he does not sell products, receive commissions, push unnecessary insurance, or rely on a one-size-fits-all model. Center Stage Planning was built to offer a more personal and accountable relationship, where recommendations are grounded in real needs rather than a product-driven agenda.

Justin Kelly serves as Chief Growth Officer at Center Stage Planning, where he supports the firm’s growth, community relationships, strategic partnerships, and operating structure.

Justin brings a background in global operations, revenue strategy, partnerships, and executive-level business execution. Throughout his career, he has helped lead complex global initiatives involving companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Yahoo, Taboola, and others, with a focus on translating ambitious goals into clear priorities, practical systems, and measurable progress.

At Center Stage Planning, Justin helps guide the business side of the firm as it continues to grow. His work includes community outreach, event planning, professional partnerships, CRM organization, local visibility, and the internal processes that help the firm operate with greater clarity and consistency.

Justin serves in a non-advisory capacity, supporting the firm’s growth, operations, and community relationships. His work helps Center Stage Planning expand thoughtfully while preserving and underpinning the direct advisory relationship that all clients have with Patrick.
